Staffs were very nice and friendly.Visited this yesterday and was thoroughly impressed! They offered a diverse range of fresh ingredients and the broth was flavorful and aromatic. The dipping sauces were a highlight (sesame paste), allowing us to customize our flavors to our liking. I especially loved the thinly sliced beef and the variety of mushrooms they provided. Prices were reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. I highly recommend giving this place a try.
First time trying Mala house and it’s on par with other restaurants with the same concept!! I love the soup and the variety of choices! i bought the herbal soup and i was able to share it with my family! Will definitely go back!
They served it in a very big bowl. It costs P500+, could be for 2-3 persons. This one is mild spicy but no heat at all. Flavor was still good tho. Must have ingredients for me: - smoked duck - taiwanese sausage - seafood balls - cheesy balls - shrimp - vegetables They allow leftovers for takeout at no additional cost.
Mala House, Podium ₱319 Mala bowl w soup (290g) ₱1.1/gram First of, bowl was huge. They allow takeaway if you can't finish it, so that's a relief. Soup was pretty good, similar to Sichu Malatang. Very flavourful. They also have mozzarella cheese cubes, which I haven't found in others. Since it's located at the Corner Market food court, you can pick any table in the dining hall.
I really love their food! I’ve tried both of their soup and dry mala and I really really recommend both! The soup is something you would definitely keep looking for and if you’re really into spicy, their Signature soup is the best! As for the dry one, I really like the stir-fried style because it’s very juicy and flavorful and they also give you a small soup bowl! The staffs are really kind and friendly, they also assist you very well and very kind to explain every step. I’ll definitely keep on recommending this to my friends!
First time to try Malaysian food and did not disappoint! Servers were eager to assist us on toppings to choose from and willing to reccomend. The soup can be be customized depending on your spiciness level. Serving is already good for two people. We'll come back next time and hopefully they will open new branches.
Ordered the non spicy herbal broth, and it was good. Along with the different ingredients chosen, it was nice and was so much I was not able to finish everything.
I didn’t know how mala hotpot taste like but when I got to try malahouse it easily became my go-to/comfort food to me. The hotpot I got to try was the mild flavour but it wasn’t really spicy so I want to try the the hottest one next time. The cheese tofu was, for me, the best I ‘ve ever taste and it’s a really great dish for this kind of weather. Not to mention it’s value for money, the serving was enough for 3 person and we only got charge for about 500+ pesos which I think is a good deal. The want want drink was also my favorite if you are a fan of milk-base drink. It’s a good neutralizer for the spice in the soup.
